      Their HR policies are good.No scope to learn i this company.

      The managers are really shrewd. Every move is calculated and they already have their favourites, so its impossible to make a mark or shine in this organisation. So only if you are really rude to people, fond of office politics, you may think of considering this place.

      Advanced technologies and nothing else at all

      Cons

      No flexible work hours. Your sitting is calculated and every tea break you take or every time you eve go to washroom is deducted from work hours. Salary is deducted based on the work hours. even if you are 1 min. short of 8 hours half day salary is deducted. No matter you complete your work and client is paying bill, if your are not found on your seat your manager will ask for explanation (saying people are watching you on CCTV from other branch). These laws does not apply on senior and older employees. they get exempted at the end of the month.
