Management and Sales leader are nice and understanding

Cons

AVP Sales is a dual faced person in front of employees he gives a different picture shows his support but he only conspires against the employee and routes decisions through different department. He badly influence the sales leader too much of politics and toxicity. He is biased and promoting his own people. He strategically and diplomatically instigate people to do unethical things and actions that works in his favour.
