On time payroll Ready access to HR and legal executives Transparency in assignment details and hourly pay rate Provides portal and benefits such as group insurance and 401 plan( no employer contribution though)

Cons

Nothing so far I have come across. There are minor things that one would come across any desi consultancy that can be improved.. But it is not any bigger issues comparing to pros

Cooperative and nice Management On Time salary and promised salary for consultants. Very good payroll department Good HR and immigration department. Provides with all the required documentation as asked. Freedom to choose your own Client based on the work you want to perform.

Cons

Couldn't find any yet. I am employed with Compunnel for about over an year. Not a single day of trouble with HR or payroll department. I would certainly recommend this consulting firm as one of my First and best choice.
