Compunnel provides employees opportunity to grow their skills through exposure to different projects. The company has high standards for deliverables and therefore high expectations of employees to deliver work products that meet those standards. The company is growing fast and their growing client base is illustrative of the competency of Compunnel's leadership and employees.

Cons

Some teams work virtually with minimal face to face interaction. Compunnel's policies and procedures have set up strong systems of collaboartion to support virtual work, so not all projects require teams to be in one location.

Pros

Good company and colleagues. Worked at Goa location for more than an year. Timely salary, incentives and wonderful work culture. VP is always supportive of the work.

Cons

Goa team does not enjoy the same benefits as the Noida team. Management very much biased towards Noida office.

In my tenure for 4 years with Compunnel, I felt they are prompt, transparent and have on-site attorney making the immigration paper-work very efficient. Pay was always on time
