      I am currently at Compunnel for almost 5 years and it's an amazing experience. I work on exciting projects and collaborate with some very talented people, constantly learning and growing as a professional. The company's culture emphasizes teamwork and work-life balance, creating a supportive environment. It's also great to work for a company that values diversity and inclusivity. I highly recommend Compunnel as an employer.

      Hiring Bonuses Nice recruiters Benefits

      Cons

      Not great benefits Low pay Hard to get raises though you clearly deserve it Hard to get in contract with company Never meeting them in person Hard to contact HR Rarely answer company phone Give false hope that you will be hired within 3-6 months. Then refuse to give you raise based off their false opinion that you’ll be hired soon.
