The HR is responsive and helpful in finding the projects. They are very open in the salary discussion with the clients/vendors. Compony provides health benefits.

Pros

Compunnel is a great company to work with. My overall experience has been great so far. I would like to highlight that the HR team is very proactive and my onboarding process was completed very smoothly. Team has provided all the documents in timely fashion. I have few colleagues who work with Compunnel for few years now and everyone is happy with how the Company operates. System that is provided by Compunnel is great. Very quickly you can reach out to respective team (HR, Recruiter etc)

Cons

I have a recommendation for the recruitment team which is that they can be a little more proactive and engaging.
