      1- Toxic leadership 2- Toxic Work Culture 3- Pathetic Planning 4- Highly unprofessional 5- you are mandatorily required to be a boot licker 6- Bad infra Just bad in every possible way, was the worst decision of my life

      Some helpful and coordinating team-mates, Good opportunities and nice increment, Salary on time, Environment like a good office

      Cons

      If they don't have much work, then HR ask you for resignation or termination ( Send your resignation within 10 minutes, otherwise we will release you termination letter). During this period of 2 month you are not free, You need to come office regular basis. And you are not free to search a new job.
