Empowering / Investment in Training / Frequent PDP reviews / You are kept informed of CC direction / Trust / Support & Guidance.

Cons

Investment in location/s, desk & seating facilities could be better. I nice, vibrant working environment would be a destination worth visiting - CC locations are 20 years out of date, even newly refurbished building/s reflect an old environment - missed opportunity!

Tiny negative is the sick pay should be in the region of 5/6 weeks as minimum
