      Pros

      I was at the BMW manufacturing plant so it was cool to see how the cars were made.

      Cons

      This was a very basic level 1 IT support role. The only things I was tasked with were driving a golf cart around the plant and delivering devices to users, no other types of IT work unless you are willing to step into a role doing 10-12 hour shifts. When I was there I witnessed a lot of employee turnaround,

      Pros

      As an AE, this is the type of place that you can stay for a career. Piers are engaged and the culture is good. Management is accessible and team is marching towards the same goals.

      Cons

      Bit of a hierarchy as in if you are not an individual contributor you are not as prioritized
