There are some great people here. More than most organizations. A lot of smart, talented, highly professional individuals.

Cons

UK/EU VAR model being forced in North America causes extreme pressure and tension between sales and peripheral roles. Highly focused on scaling and improving procurement and logistical aspects- which is great if you need to showcase your supply chain, but it is not so great if you need to compete on your ability to solve real customer challenges.
