Politics at every level, large org a lot of collaboration but everyone works from a self centred mindset looking for self interest, account managers are dim don’t know anything don’t let you close to customers and actively hide their relationships just want you to do all the work and will get 50% of your commission on every deal as per company policy (I kid you not its nuts).. AMs have their favourites and cliques so many people spend half thier time sucking up to AMs… one must spend half the time dealing with politics and endless company meetings and reviews not much selling going on… Everyone is based on thin margins the company is very cheap the kitchens don’t even have coffee machines they have tea bags and a box of instant coffee, the annual sales kick off usually local and everyone must share a room to save money … this is suppose to be a billion dollar company !!! As a result people are fake and insincere backstabbers and sly… nasty people It’s a Reseller and what’s to become something more in the cloud space … don’t see it happening All in all a cult like mentality with mediocre people managing to stay long term and serve thier interests .. quarky and weird

Stay away from professional services. Constant restructuring, constant new levels of corporate oversight but zero reasoning why from management.
