A dynamic company, growing and open to change to address issues. Your opinion is valued as an employee. Good employees are recognised, and a lot of people return when they see that the grass isn't greener elsewhere.

Cons

Organisational restructures can leave you confused on reporting lines and responsibilities. A lot of travel, but that goes with the role.
