      Pros

      I find the workloads achievable and they don't keep raising the goal posts like other companies do. The team spirit is great. If you do a good job the managers will notice. Holiday entitlement is good.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive in some of the roles.

      Small and agile - If you work hard and have talent you can progress quickly.

      Cons

      Once you hit senior mgmt can be difficult to break the club. Dont really manage performance they accept personality "quirks" rather than managing them.
