      Pros

      All consultants (regardless of grade) were excellent. Your Resource Manager does try to keep you close to home.

      Cons

      Service Management teams are appalling. "Change" is an evil word and everything is a battle. The company is tight (trying to expense a headset for home was an epic fail). The company is too slow to react to the changing landscape - they still expect to be rolling Windows 7 out in 20 years time. The teams in Professional Services are too stretched - you never have a break and are always working 150% Being lied to by you manager.
