      Pros

      I have been accepted into an environment where I feel I am a valued member of a team. Everyone has been helpful in enabling me to settle into my new role and allow me to become productive quickly.

      Cons

      for me, the travel. I would have preferred something closer to home, but good jobs are not tick on the ground, so to get job satisfaction, it is neccesary for me to travel.
