      lack of transparency penny pinching annual compensation rate was pennies on the dollar no growth or advancement good place to start IT Career, other than that stay far away

      Loose management structure. Good middle management

      Cons

      Terrible benefits. Pay at 60% of market rate. Contract IT so they constantly offer to do work outside of the scope of IT.
