      No hassle employment routine. Easy going comfortable staff to work with. Points you in the right direction if a question needs to be answered.

      Needs to communicate more with their clients and let employees know about any changed to the workflow.

      Allow you to show your worth , no one constantly over you. Great atmosphere , upper management are great. Enjoy freedom in workplace.

      Benefits , this is still a point of pain. I'm sure this is the norm for mid range size companies. Feel they could do more.

      Got an opportunity to work on different projects. There is little help available so if you are stuck with something then you have to find a person who can help u with that. You have to be self-motivated

      Cons

      Company lacks work culture and really boring environment. No benefits and perks.
