Pros

Very hands off but accessible. I am paid on time all the time. They are helpful when contacted and don't harass me about anything as long as my client is happy.

Cons

Little communication from the company but I do get a paycheck for the world on time every time. No complaints.

No hassle employment routine. Easy going comfortable staff to work with. Points you in the right direction if a question needs to be answered.

Needs to communicate more with their clients and let employees know about any changed to the workflow.

Allow you to show your worth , no one constantly over you. Great atmosphere , upper management are great. Enjoy freedom in workplace.

Cons

Benefits , this is still a point of pain. I'm sure this is the norm for mid range size companies. Feel they could do more.
