Pros

strong leadership friendly employees no micro managing

Cons

cannot rely on marketing to get the job done correctly. marketing team is a bit delusional: they will claim they did a nice job whilst the application engineers know that the event was actually nearly a complete disaster.

-Career advancement opportunities not very well defined -Satellite offices have a tendency to be overlooked sometimes

It's great when working seems like playing!

Pros

Love the job! SOLIDWORKS, Stratasys 3D Printers, and Creaform 3D Scanners are all great to use! Seems more like playing than working most of the time. Everyone is helpful and ready to assist when asked. Never a dull moment and always interesting!

Cons

Sometimes need to force sales staff to communicate/verify expectations from customers more prior to demos.
