Good health benefits and bonuses, good team members, good immediate management.

Cons

You need to know how to negotiate, they will not pay you your worth otherwise. You have to be persistent to get anything out of upper management. They refuse to acknowledge their role or responsibility regarding inflation and do not provide raises that meet inflation.

Great Company to work for! Management is super helpful - providing as much training as possible to do your job. Co- Workers are all willing and eager to assist and help out - no ego's or attitudes - which is very refreshing to find in a large company.
