Pros

Management is very personable. Employees are a great wealth of knowledge in the industry. It's great to see the leading products in the 3D printing and software field. Great culture and flexibility to have work/life balance.

Cons

A lot of employees in different offices making it hard to meet everyone you work with. Some benefits can be modernized.
