Pros

Not much positive here with the exception of meeting some good people.

Cons

This company never changes for the better. All the focus groups with the owner and other management where they "appear" to care. Horrible pay, horrible benefits and the company leadership works with blinders on and won't fix the real problem. It's been the same problems for years with nothing changing. Things have really gone downhill 2019.
