This company takes micro management to the next level.I have worked in this company from Nov 2021 to April 2022.They make you sign on a 1 year bond even for experiences folks,breaking which will cost you 2.5 lakhs and they say this amount is for training you.All the tools used are internal tools and there is no documentation.So,you are at the mercy of manager,team lead and co workers.Co workers are okay but management is the worst.They won't give WFH even if the hell breaks loose.To conclude,I have paid 2.5 lakhs(whatever I have earned till then) and came out of the company.I shouldn't have paid that becuse bonds are illegal in India but afraid because I don't want to waste my energy and resources fighting them and taking them to court and I really need the exit date in PF portal and service letter from them.In the offer letter they will tell you 2 months notice period but the devil is in the details,they are not calender days but working days which amounts to 3 months

Poor Management Overwokring Much lower salaries than even entry Jobs at other companies

non-stop work, clients one after the other -- usually pretty indisposed; pressure from management to peddle unnecessary things onto people, with nothing to do with the problems that they call for (kpi's include how many additional options, devices, etc you sell). when starting we were described an onboarding process that didnt actually happen in reality. we started taking unsupported calls earlier than scheduled and for longer periods of time than scheduled.

lots of work, you are in one department but work for 5, no good management

Management is rude and demanding, you need to work really hard to achieve targets to get bonuses and expectations are very high, lot of pressure.

The level of pressure and emotional stress from management often feels disproportionate to the compensation provided.
