Since a significant portion of our population works remotely, keeping in touch is important to us. Frequent communication and idea sharing builds rapport, trust, and relationships among team members. Conference calls are an effective way to develop connections within teams when people are spread across the country. Chat with your manager about your concerns if you feel you aren’t getting as much out of the calls as you should. In terms of diversity training, we are proud to have a workforce diverse in backgrounds and ideas. The top rated statements in our most recent Great Place to Work survey were that CTGers are treated fairly regardless of their race, sexual orientation, and gender. We feel diversity should be understood and celebrated; training helps maintain that kind of awareness company-wide. We wish you continued success in your role!

In follow up to your concerns, we believe CTG offers career enhancing opportunities for all levels of employees, whether they are junior, senior, or somewhere in between. We are disheartened to hear you felt your family and social life were not compatible with a CTG career because we feel quite the opposite. Especially while we work through the complexities of a COVID-19 world, CTG supports flexible schedules with work from home options so employees are able to fulfill both their job requirements and family obligations.
