Pros

CTG go above and beyond to help and support its employees. Whenever there was a disagreement between the concerns of the employee and the demands of the client, CTG would recognize the legitimacy of the employees concerns and stand with them in dealing with the client.

Cons

This con is more about the client than the employer. As is often the case, clients can be demanding and unyielding and, perhaps, afraid to change. In the end though, they pay the bills. So, it's a stark reality that they can impose processes and approaches on the consultant that are unsound and faulty, but perhaps to them they seem tried and true. It's strange how many organizations call themselves CMMI level 2 or 3 organizations, yet don't have a process that can be easily followed, or, if followed, may not always yield the desired result.

Pros

Flexible Schedule is about it.

Cons

No pay increase in many years. Exceptionally expensive benefits. Poor management support. Low salaries. 10k+ below the area average. I could go on, but you get the picture.
