Lack of solid leadership, old school business methodologies, managed by the good ole boys - AKA the accountants

Sadly, there are no pros anymore. Appears that the business is crumbling and the old business models are no longer working (no surprise there).

Cons

Great place to work if you like being a number on a spreadsheet. Leaders only hear what they want to hear and avoid listening to reality. Very resistant to change.

Pros

Staff was always available to help even when they appeared busy. They were my Contrator when at IBM in Raleigh. They actually have a large office within the IBM campus.

Cons

After my contract ended I was contacted; I was contacted by a person twice about another job at IBM then acted like it never happened.

Fair compensation model and employee evaluation process. Company is very process oriented.

Cons

Management is at times focused on their personal success, not the organization's success. Employee billing tends to be a focus with a viewpoint on what has the employee done for the manger lately attitude. Investment for growth is limited and very conservative.
