Pros

CTG has very impressive contracts with large companies. All of the most basic benefits for an employee. Good company to start one's career right out of college, not a place to stay.

Cons

Only basic benefits for employees. Management does not understand the job the employee is positioned in, lack of understanding prevents them from successfully protecting employee's when wrongfully accused. Zero opportunity for advancement

Pros

The comradarie at the job sites is great. The CTG cohorts at the client sites become your weekday family and this creates a great bond. The benefits are fairly good at CTG.

Cons

Others have received two promotions in a year while I've received none for doing work that has been recognized in publications and newsletters. Others get raises while sitting on the bench. Senior management is completely under qualified and fairly incompetent to manage staff.
