Pros

People who I trained with were lovely and supportive

Cons

Bullying isn't dealt with when raised, young team leaders don't know how to talk with the mature members of the team and seem to behave very differently towards others making you feel isolated and not part of the team. Team leaders only focus on their favourites much like being back at school and being teachers pet. Very condescending attitudes towards you, only talk to you when anything negative to say, never any positivity or praise given, unless you're the younger age group. A very discriminatory place to work if starting over in later years. The negativity really takes a toll on your health, steer clear for your own well being.
