Good place to work if you are at the central office.

Pros

Good first job if you are just out of Uni and need a bit of experience in your CV. Also a good spring board to move to Australia or at least to live there for a while.

Cons

Overall lack of oportunities and interesting work outside the Oz offices. Most of the time is spent firefighting and any change is always top-down and centralised.
