Computronix is a well rounded company that has a great family atmosphere and flexible work schedule. It is by far the best company that I have had the opportunity to work for.

Pros

Their employees are treated like family. Not through fancy slogans and mottos but through action, time and time again. As an employee, I have a hard time distinguishing leadership from the entry level people. Everyone always has a open door policy and the company will, without fail, go out of it's way to ensure it's employees are happy and working in a healthy environment.

Cons

I'm sure they exist but I can't think of one and don't want to make something up. Here's one..... my friends don't like it when I brag all the perks that come with the job; wish I was exaggerating.

1. Amazing Culture, fun work environment. 2. Leadership and Management team that cares. 3. Engaging team-based project work with a wide range of different technical problems to work on. 4. Opportunities for bonuses, and generous benefit package.

Cons

1. A lot of the technology is "in house" software, which takes time to ramp-up on, even for experienced developers. 2. The company is growing very quickly. This leads to a lot of continual change which can sometimes be stressful.
