Pros

Family-like environment. Everyone is being heard. No one gets left behind. Very handsome compensation and commission structure. Great work stuff- challenging and innovative.

Cons

Competing in the US staffing industry is tough. Comrise should partner more with bigger names, bigger clients, more repeat business, target the fortune 500.
