Thanks for leaving a review. As we've addressed before, we definitely DO NOT have annual layoffs, and have (with proof) refuted this in the past. Yes, of course things happen from time to time where we need to adjust the business. A layoff is the last resort, and certainly not something anyone wants to be a part of on any side. We appreciate the comment about having people who want to manage being in those roles. We've developed a two-tier system that allows for people to move into a management track if they want to be people-managers, as well as an individual contributor track. We are in full agreement that not everyone's desire or growth path is that of a manager, hence why we developed this procedure. You mention nothing new to learn after 6 months, which can be hard to digest, considering we're in an industry that changes rapidly and can look vastly different every 6-12 months. We find that exciting!

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. We're in the process of launching a few new management initiatives, which should help strengthen our existing managers, as well as new ones in the future. Everything takes time. We're a little unsure about what you mean by "so-called" unlimited vacation? Of course, you still need to get approval from your manager, but the difference is there is no bucket to pull hours from. We'd definitely suggest that you come talk to us if you are having trouble taking time off. We firmly believe that people need time off to relax and recharge, so that they can stay focused and engaged at work.
