Future doesn't look bright

Pros

Smart coworkers Results-driven culture, but laid back Exposure to a variety of technologies

Cons

Company feels like it is circling the drain. No stability or job security. Lots of wasted talent in the company-- morale is ruined by corporate financial scandals, a botched merger, and constant reductions in force. 10% layoffs in the last month resulted in almost 200 people gone. With a cloudy business outlook and no buyout in sight, there is a sinking ship feeling in the ranks.
