Thank you for leaving a review, we appreciate it. We think comScore is a great place to develop your career whether you are just starting out or you are looking to take the next step in your career. We encourage growth and career exploration through conversations with your managers, HR, as well as through some of our internal organizations like the comScore Young Professionals Group. We continue to work on creating opportunities for our people, but we’re also proud of the ones we are creating. In a recent research study in 2016, the HR organization WorldatWork, showed that on average companies promote about 9% of their workforce per year. In the past year, comScore has promoted over 16% of our employees, or almost 2x the percentage of people promoted by the companies in the WorldatWork survey. WorldatWork (www.worldatwork.org) is a nonprofit HR association focused on compensation with over 65,000 members and subscribers worldwide; 80% of Fortune 500 companies employ a WorldatWork member.
