We continue to work on creating opportunities for our people, but we’re also proud of the ones we are creating. In a recent research study in 2016, the HR organization WorldatWork, showed that on average companies promote about 9% of their workforce per year. In the past year, comScore has promoted over 16% of our employees, or almost 2x the percentage of people promoted by the companies in the WorldatWork survey.
