Pros

Was able to take on different roles/titles that provided a learning experience and additional knowledge in the Entertainment industry. Worked with wonderful staff and made great long lasting relationships.

Cons

Limitations in the administrative position to grow and have opportunity for training in other departments so that there may be a chance for career growth and also there was no bonus incentive in the administrative title role.
