      Great cross media solutions, unlimited time off, nice office, free snacks lots of training. Really can’t think of any other positives

      Cons

      Company lays off people left and right, horrible commission plan, miserable unprofessional people everywhere - don’t walk away ... run !

      - Multiple pantries filled with free snacks. - A chance to work with intelligent people. - Bars within walking distance of the office. - Decent health insurance.

      Cons

      - Annual layoffs. - No career advancement or growth. - Every policy is written with a caveat and nothing is standard. - Low morale. - Inept managers at all levels. - Low retention rate.
