Pros

Unlimited PTO, Exposure to Big Data and large scale problem solving. Leadership in most parts of the company is pretty strong.

Cons

Leaders of different parts of the organization rarely agree and often pursue objectives independent of one another. Hours can be long, but that is becoming more rare. Change can be slow, but it does eventually happen. Pay is below average.

Thanks for leaving a review! We're proud of the work we do, and the impact it has for our clients. Also, our employees have a chance to work with some of the most important technology out there. Change is something we're working on through 2016 and into 2017. We had a great deal of activity in 2016, and it was an unusual year, but one that challenged us to be better, and this stretches to management collaborating more as well. Regarding pay, we feel as though we're competitive within the industry and regions that we do business in. While only one company in the country can pay the most at any time, we're constantly evaluating our salaries to make sure we are market competitive. This is good feedback for us to have and we'll gladly share it.
