Thanks for your review, we appreciate you making time to help the community. While we have turnover, as any company does, our metrics show these to be in line with the industry standard. Given the merger and realignment of some priorities, this year may prove to be a bit higher, but something that we're constantly observing. Thanks for the kudos on the tech, compensation and perks - we're quite proud of the work that has gone into these areas.
