I have a good working environment with my boss and colleagues. My boss is caring the working hours each member in the team, and that is very sweet.

Cons

I can't learn new things after a year here, and everything is repeating over the time.

In regards to the Cons, we'd encourage you to speak with your manager to see what else you might be able to get exposed to. Our culture moves pretty fast, so many times, we rely on employees to take the initiative if they want to explore ways to expand their role. Have a discussion with your manager to see where those opportunities might exist.

Fast-paced young (1999) company operating in the online audience- and advertising eco-system, providing analytics solutions to sell-side and buy-side of online advertising. Very interesting , and fast-changing industry. Great company can-do culture. Strong product vision High market credibility

Cons

Market demands are changing and comScore is lagging a little bit behind in product development. The market penetration outside the US and EU5 is low, which is due comparatively small audience panels compared to local competitors in the smaller countries.

We're always seeking to improve products and bring new ones to market as fast as possible. With the integration of Rentrak into comScore, we're anticipating this to help expand our product suite, panel numbers and overall offerings to the market. 2016 is shaping up to be a great year for us.

Thanks for your review, and the positive comments. We definitely recommend that employees take charge of their career and seek out new opportunities with their managers. We do move fast, and employees being proactive in their development is definitely recommended. In response to compensation, we definitely review our compensation ranges on a regular cadence, using several national surveys and also the current trends in the local markets. We typically find ourselves right in the mix with the averages based on this data and research.
