Pros

Good place to get involved with the industry. Flexible working time with good life work balance. Basic tech skills learned including SQL, Hadoop, R and Python.

Cons

Not too much learning space after 1-2 years but still might be different case by case and team by team. Mentorship is not so great.

Solid earning potential, interesting product, great coworkers. Sales people here are motivated and rewarded for putting their motivation to work.

Cons

Lack of formalized training program. Tons of products and a disorganized system of managing learning resources for employees and clients.
