Good Start for a new graduate

Pros

Good start salary. Learning curve is very high so you can learn tons of stuff. Good for your logic thinking ability. Relatively easy to be promoted to senior analyst.

Cons

Poor management. Lots of people are newly promoted to the leadership and they don't know how to coordinate different groups and give recognition which can be seen as incentives for employees.

Pros

Dynamic and fast paced environment. Intelligent and forward looking people to work with who value continued progress and innovation. Fun and frequent team events and casual dress code. Free beverages and breakfast.

Cons

Growth opportunities are somewhat limited. Training budgets are tight. 401K is not so great.
