Great place for fresh out of College- not so great for experienced professionals.

-Laid back environment -Great people -casual dressing -lots of office activities

Cons

-very low salaries as compared to industry standerds -Every second person is a manager of some kind -Promotion is not based upon performance but rather on the years you have been with the company- thus a lot of unworthy people end up becoming managers.
