      Pros

      The company has a very convenient location in Reston center (DC metro area), close to metro and bus station and public garages. The company treats you with free coffer, sodas, and potato chips

      Cons

      Very low professional ethic, most of managers are not technically literate. There are lots political games and wasteful meetings. If you are an engineer your promising is impossible unless you have close relationship with high management.

      Leader in digital. Very smart people who work hard and are willing to help. Opportunity to work on multiple clients. Combine business with Analytics . Great for people who are quantitative or technology experts. You can work in lots of offices in the US and international . Ideal location in Reston town center with many bars and restaurants. Smart people can advance fast.

      Cons

      Place can be chaotic. Workload can be heavy at times
