Excellent culture, fast pace, interesting work

Cons

No retirement benefits, no education benefits, lots of people with very little training have come up through the ranks from college and have little insight about tackling new problems.

Excellent technological solution Solving very important problems Great psychological lift from working at a cutting edge company Nice offices, good technology, plenty of free snacks and drinks

Cons

Most top management are egg-heads who are horrible managers HR can recruit and do little else Every time the CEO talks to Wall Street, the stock goes down Work/life balance is horribly off. Top execs email you all night long and expect immediate answers.
