Pros

Can’t think of any tbh. There was 2/3 people that were helpful / supportive… the rest, and all of management were just trying to keep themselves employed… but many failed

Cons

Fraudulent C-Level execs and years of sliding share price Terrible management Failing product Desperately trying to sell parts of the business and buy other companies to stay afloat / relevant Lack of long-term strategy in all areas - silo’d and bloated staff structure - still the case even after mass layoffs Backstabbing culture, even from new employees who realises they have to fight for their role
