Thank you for leaving your review! We are glad that you were able to enjoy flexibility that Comscore tries to provide employees. We also thrilled to hear that you had a great experience with your management. We do understand the uncertainty that employees are feeling, but we are optimistic for 2022 and believe the company is set up for success in the coming years. All employees are encouraged to share their ideas on how we can improve our culture. Any current employees who have thoughts should reach out to HR to discuss.

People don't matter

Pros

Offers good learning options (but you can't take them unless you are in management)

Cons

Management love strikes: they strike you if you have a medical leave, if you have an emergency, if you can't finish your tasks by your own (usually happens to new hires), if you propose something different than management say, etc. There is no space for improvement and if you try, you are out. They encourage obedience, not improvement. No room for diversity (heard a lot of homofobic jokes) and questionable values as the product they sell is not totally ethical.

Pros

Great products, technologies, methodologies. Great People (before the mass exodus 2017-2019)

Cons

The SEC issues were well documented. comScore is a shell of its former self, primarily because of a talent drain of epic scale. Everyone good left for other opportunities.

Thank you for leaving your review, we enjoy receiving feedback from our current employees. Turnover is always difficult, and we recognize the issues that losing team members can cause on teams. We encourage all of our employees to have an open dialogue with their management and HR to discuss the challenges they are facing, as well as any ideas on how stress can be mitigated. We share these reviews with leadership so as to continually improve the company and create a great place to work.
