Directionless and leaderless, but still pushing employees to do anything at all

Pros

Most of the people I met at ComScore were great. Intelligent and fun. Occasional events to promote employee morale

Cons

Directionless, largely leaderless, and last CEO left due to disagreements with board on how to run the business (No, I don't know what that means) History of "financial irregularities" (read: cooking the books) still causing problems. Comscore has been on a downward spiral for years as a result Employees pushed to do things, but lacking in leadership to keep people moving in the same direction or using the same technologies or anything.

Good work/life balance Health benefits are good Unlimited FTO policy Great teammates, smart staff Technology stack for newer products is on the leading edge

Cons

Constant leadership turnover 4 CEOs in last 5 years (and actively looking for 5th) High turnover of key employees Low employee morale Poor communication from executive level down Poor communication across teams No clear direction from executive level Budget process to get anything approved is painstaking slow and not well communicated 401k match is very poor Plummeting stock price All employees considered insiders and thus can only trade SCOR within inflexible trade windows Technology stack for existing/legacy products is ancient
