      Pros

      Flexible hour are good party increases are poor. If your not management your am Indian which are few to the many chiefs. Titles mean nothing most managers are clueless as far as knowing what assigned people do for the company.

      Cons

      Clicky management top heavy big headed holier than thou. A whole lot of bashing occurs when a company is acquired and integrated into the comtech way, which means you have less than five years to find a new job. You will never be a comtecht employee.

      Pros

      people come and go to work when they want.

      Cons

      Juvenile Managers that stab each other in the backs. HR hides in the corner. Senior Managers close their doors and want only to run out of their offices to their cars for the get aways. Mid level managers are into micro management so if you enjoy not thinking for yourself and being stuck in a box, yep this is your place.
