Recent 20% layoff, remainder of employees forced to take 15% reduction in pay, also consistently forced vacation days to make numbers, most recent was take 17 vacation days over the last 3 1/2 months, employees are paying the price for poor corporate decisions

Lots of work, decent pay.

Cons

Was working 60 hours a week, complained the Army was making me work 84+ hours a week, they lowered my hourly pay to keep it the same then required me to work 84 hours a week. Also, supervisors appear not to understand how to control unethical employees and or possibly sanction it.
