      Selling bad medicine internally

      Pros

      You get paid. Period. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Zero training. You swim or you sink. Nobody tells you zilch. Internal training videos are POS. Trainer blabbers (she is based in Canada, and has a non-related degree, what do you expect?) and does not know what "GSMA" stands for, or what "ETSI" means. Training .. ha, ha! If you take some of those sessions, may God help you.

      The people at the Chandler facility are great & I love working with them.

      Cons

      There were recent deep layoffs. However within 3 weeks the Corporate office hired 3 new Executive level officers. How does this make sense?

      Most people in the building are pretty laid back.

      Cons

      Most of the people in positions of authority only cares about numbers. Employees are put last to every other concern.
